A fresh start, Freebirds style.
Freebirds wanted to kick off the New Year with something bright, bold, and craveable: the new Agave Adobo Salad. Paired with the $9.99 Pick Yours Meal, the campaign needed to introduce a fresh menu item while still delivering the value, energy, and appetite appeal customers expect from Freebirds.

The Challenge
New Year food campaigns can easily fall into the same familiar lane: light, clean, and overly expected. For Freebirds, the goal was to make freshness feel full of flavor.
The campaign needed to highlight crisp greens, fajita white chicken, diced avocado, corn salsa, tortilla strips, and Agave Adobo Dressing while also making room for the Pick Yours Meal promotion: a burrito or bowl plus a drink or dessert for $9.99.









The Idea
We built the campaign around a simple creative direction: fresh food, bold flavor, zero sacrifice.
The Agave Adobo Salad was treated with the same energy as a craveable Freebirds burrito or bowl. The visuals leaned into color, texture, movement, and sauce-driven appetite appeal, creating a campaign that felt fresh for the New Year without feeling quiet or watered down.

The Campaign
Willis Inspire supported the campaign from concept through final delivery, developing the creative, scripts, storyboards, production plan, video, photography, voice over, edits, and POP assets.
The final campaign package gave Freebirds a cohesive set of assets built for commercial, social, app, menu, and in-store use. From fast-moving video cuts to polished food photography and POP-ready visuals, the work was designed to keep the campaign consistent across every customer touchpoint.
